I was often asked by customer what our MOQ is,when I replied with a certain number .They said it is too much .Then no news any more with no more my explanation .

It is not a good communication .Today I would like to share with you something related to MOQ .

For different material of bags ,the moq is different .Usually we say 100 pcs for making genuine leather bags.Other factories tell about the same moq with us .More than 100 pcs or less amount .

Why must starting with 100 pcs ? I have to day that the headache lies in the material use .The quantity should not be less than the bag amount that a whole piece of leather could make  .Or it would be great waste and great cost increase .

This is why there must be a MOQ .
